Savaque (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a construction management software developed by Hitara Group of Engineers. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms under which you may cancel your subscription and request a refund.

1. Subscription Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at info@savaque.com.
• Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After this, access to Savaque services will be disabled.

2. Refund Policy

• All subscription fees are non-refundable except in cases where required by applicable law.
• Refund requests due to technical issues will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team with details of the issue.
• No refunds will be provided for partial usage of the subscription period.

3. Free Trials

• If you are using a free trial, your trial will automatically end after the trial period. No charges will be applied unless you upgrade to a paid plan.
• Free trials cannot be refunded, as they do not involve a payment.

4. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
