1. Software Delivery
  • Savaque is delivered digitally; no physical products are shipped.
  • Upon successful subscription or purchase, you will either:
    • Receive an email containing login credentials and instructions to access your account instantly, or
    • Be contacted by one of our employees to complete account activation and provide access details.
  • Access is granted after payment confirmation and verification of your account information.
2. Account Activation
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete account information.
  • We may delay account activation if details are incomplete or incorrect until corrected.
  • Our team may contact you for any verification or additional information required to activate your account.
3. Updates & Upgrades

All software updates, bug fixes, and feature upgrades are automatically delivered to your account at no additional cost, according to your subscription plan.

4. Technical Requirements

Access to Savaque requires a stable internet connection and a modern web browser. We are not liable for delays in delivery due to user-side technical issues.
